Aproximately 8,000 square feet divided equally between the new Township Offices and the drive thru Apparatus Bays.   Heritage Chevrolet Used Car Facility Contract Type: Design/Bid/Build Architectural Services: Howard Overbeek Completion January 2002 This project was fast tracked using a clear span Varco-Pruden Building (VP). The existing facilty remained until the new facility was ready to occupy. Total project duration of nine weeks allowed for limited interuption of services. Maple Lawn Medical Care Facility Contract Type: Construction Management Architectural Services: Eckert-Wordell Architects Completion June 2002 This project consist of 12,000 square foot expansions, and renovations of a existing facility. A Master Plan was created to update the facility, and change the social enviroment to meet Residents ever changing needs.   Lenawee Medical Care Facility Contract Type: Construction Management Architectural Services: Eckert-Wordell Architects Completion May 2003 This project consist of 24,000 square foot expansions, and renovations of a existing facility. A new resident wing was created to provide private beds as a replacment of four bed wards. Three two story Solarium Additions provide an Eden Alternative enviroment with socialization and dining in the newly created neighborhoods. Norman Food Facility Contract Type: Design-Build Engineering Services: Rodney J. Bronson, P.E. Completion December 2002 This project stablilzed the exterior structure of a 1926 facility. The structural steel was installed on the interior and exterior of the front of the structure. A Exterior Insulation Finish System was used to cover the exposed structural steel, bringing new life into a old structure.   Pine Meadow Farms Contract Type: Design-Build Architectural Services: James Schuemann Completion November 2002 This project consist of sixteen horse stall additions to the main barn, and renovations to the existing facility.   Dowling Monument & Markers Contract Type : Design Build Completed 2004 Architectural Services: James Schumann 2560 square feet Pre-Engineered building. CITGO Gas Station Contract Type: Design-Build Completed 2003 Architectural Services: Frank Mason & Associates New 2400 square feet Pre-Engineered building.
