Upcoming Projects

 - Iron County Medical Care Facility Building Renovation & Additions, Crystal Falls, Michigan - This project will consist of renovations and additions to the existing Iron County Medical Care Facility. New construction will be on the order of 25,000 square feet and include mechanical, electrical and storage space, along with renovation to existing spaces and updates to the interior finishes. Each renovated room will include a wardrobe cabinet, desktop/vanity, and room for a bed, night stand, and side chair. Service (utility) rooms, assisted bathing areas, toilets, storage, clean and soiled linen, and nurse stations are to be centrally located to all the resident neighborhoods. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the facility on June 7, 2012 @ 10 AM CST.  Bid documents will be available on or about May 24, 2012 and will be available from Green Bay Blue Printing (Green Bay WI), Builders Exchange Plan Rooms (Altoona WI, Appleton WI, Green Bay WI, Wausau WI, Marquette MI, and Menomonee MI), CAM in Bloomfield Hills, Construction News Service, Construction Association of Michigan, F.W.Dodge (West Allis WI), BidClerk or in the Plan Room at CM Contracting, Inc. located in Battle Creek MI.  Bids are currently due June 19, 2012 @ 2:00 PM CST.  Bidders may be required, solely for evaluation purposes, to meet with the CM and the Architect on June 20 and 21, 2012.
