Upcoming Projects

- The Cottage at Thornapple Manor, Hastings, Michigan – The new building will be a one story, concrete slab-on-grade building of approximately 21,000 square feet. The building will be of wood construction with pitched roofs to create a residential character. Bid documents are scheduled to issue on February 22, 2012 and bids are currently due March 13, 2012. All Trade Contractors must be pre-qualified. The applicable form and instructions are available in the 'Pre-Qualification' tab.  

- Iron County Medical Care Facility, Crystal Falls, Michigan - This project will consist of renovations and additions to the existing Iron County Medical Care Facility. New construction will be on the order of 25,000 square feet and include mechanical, electrical and storage space, along with renovation to existing spaces and updates to the interior finishes. Each renovated room will include a wardrobe cabinet, desktop/vanity, and room for a bed, night stand, and side chair. Service (utility) rooms, assisted bathing areas, toilets, storage, clean and soiled linen, and nurse stations are to be centrally located to all the resident neighborhoods.
